Beaches
Between 1 and 2 hours drive away is a large selection of beach resorts, from St Pierre la Mer in the north, to Collioure in the south.  Some are purpose built tourist resorts. Others, like Gruissan and Collioure have grown up around existing older villages.  All have excellent facilities, clean sand and crystal clear Mediterranean water.
